Between 1977 and 1979, Leon Zuleta self-published El Otro, the first gay magazine produce in Colombia. At that time, the publication could not reach the wide audience it was intending on, and since then its issues have been shattered in different archives, which makes them very difficult to access. El Orto (The Arsehole) is a compilation and analysis of six issues of this legendary magazine which helped to establish Leon Zuleta as one of the founders of the LGBTQ+ movement in Colombia.
